Spring Break 2016/Door County

Spring break, a good excuse to make a quick trip up to Door county, WI. Like always, it was a great time of taking walks and enjoying the scenery.
Rieboldt's Creek-about a mile from the cottage.

By the end of the week, the ice and snow was gone.
One day we went sightseeing to:

Cave Point

Geoffrey having a good Spring Break.

Very enjoyable listening to the reverberation of the waves thundering in the caves.

Usually too slippery to get down to this level, but made it this time :-)

Not sure what this is from, someday I'll research it.

Gills Rock
The bay side is still snowy and icy!!

Garrett Bay

Can kind of see a ridge where the ice pushed the rocks up the shoreline.

Too cold for wading!!

Also, had a lot of fun visiting Martha. I never know what type of activities to expect, but they are always interesting and sometimes unusual :-)
Zither

Ultrasound, I can recognize some tissues/organs now; even can tell which is the popliteal artery and which is the popliteal vein !!
Yep, another vacation that went by too fast :-)
